Shift Reports operates on a subscription basis. We offer both monthly and annual subscription plans.

2.1. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2.2. After the 14-day period, subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

3. Prorated Refunds

We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time if you cancel your subscription mid-billing cycle. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund outside of this policy. Such circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
